It might help that I also seem to click with the Vampire Counts play style. Regardless, thank you for this series. It has been an enormous help for newbies like me to the franchise.

Wait, how do your battles load so quickly? I have an excellent PC, but it takes about 30 seconds to load a battle, but here I saw yours load in like 6 seconds. Is there a graphics option that affects it? It would really make a big difference for so many hours of playtime and so many battles.

Khorne does have magic damage, just not spells. The skarbrand's breath attack does magic damage, which is why trickerters shard can be used

There's a hidden settlement in the far east of the North African bit, near Timbuktu. You'll need an army since the rebels that own it are pretty strong, but it's a gem of a settlement, and since nobody will attack it, it literally can be one of your most prosperous cities in your empire. You shouldn't be exterminating them. You should be looting them. You gain so much more money that way. Exterminating them just hinders the growth of the cities and castles, which can also affect your money. It also worsens your relations with other countries. Particularly if they're Catholic and you're Catholic, which, in turn, worsens your relations with the Pope. Which isn't good.

Kind of disappointing that it was your first battle with the Portuguese and you didn't have a battle speech. 😭
